Help our children have a happier 2017!

Help to fulfil Wix’s wish this Christmas by volunteering your time and effort to help ensure that we raise as much money as possible for the school. Bursting with spirit and festivities, our Christmas extravaganza will include:

• Magician
• Santa’s grotto
• Bouncy castle
• Present room where children choose, wrap and take away a present for a person of their choice
• Raffle
• Tombola
• Christmas craft stall
• Tin can alley
• Christmas wreaths
• Christmas trees (see attached form)
• Popcorn
• Hot food including pizzas and hot dogs
• Mulled wine
• Christmas themed patisseries
• Book stall
• Festive jars
• Christmas games

Ways you can help

Volunteers:

• Before the fair - wrap presents, help to make the wreaths, selling raffle tickets at drop off and pick up etc.
• During the fair – we desperately need volunteers to help us set up on the day and also during the fair to run stalls
• Santa/Santas - to sit along our elves in the grotto. Last year just one grandfather was Santa for the length of the fair. So, we are looking for at least 2 cheerful Santas this year. Without a Santa, we won’t be able to run a grotto!

Donations:

• Wrapping paper
• Bottles of all sorts for our tombola. That includes wine, olive oil, soft drinks, shampoo, or really anything that comes in a bottle. No water bottles please or those that have been part used.
• Unwanted (but good condition) presents for the present room for both children and adults
• Books
• Cakes (to be donated on the day of the fair)
• Gourmet food items for the hamper

All donations to be dropped off in the PTA box at reception or to the team when present at the school gates.

Gathering prizes for our raffle and silent auction

Do you have any connections who might be able to give us donations such as tickets to galleries, museums, free tours, food or other vouchers, company goodie bags etc.?

By quoting the following references: source code WIX27576 for Yellow Moon and School ID 211 for My Nametags, we will secure up to 20% of the value of the order as a donation from the company for our school.
